Crosspointe Church is known in our community for deep Biblical teaching, caring for the vulnerable, reaching the Next Generation, and bringing the hope of Jesus to Southern California, America, and the World.

Deep & Wide is a discipleship initiative calling the people of Crosspointe Church to grow Deeper in our Impact and Wider in our Reach. Jesus compels us to do many things, and at the foundation of those things is surrender, faith, and generosity. Just as Christ surrendered and poured out his generosity for us on the cross, we seek to RESPOND in surrender, faith, and generosity back to Him.

Deep & Wide Midpoint Update

Dear Friends,

We believe God is calling you to be part of something significant. Something that will take you out of your safe zone and into the faith zone. God is on the move, and we are in a defining season at Crosspointe Church. In my 17 years here at our church, I’ve never seen the type of spiritual growth we are experiencing right now. The gospel compels us to do many things, and at the foundation of those things is surrender, faith, and generosity. Just as Christ surrendered and poured out His generosity for us on the cross, we seek to RESPOND in generosity back to Him.

As God continues to bring opportunities for growth to us as a church, He also brings opportunities for growth to us as individuals. For the Moore family, this is a time of stretching and growing for us, in response to the extravagant generosity of God. We must remember the foundation on which our lives are built: Jesus Christ, the cornerstone, and He is, and always will be, greater than anything in our lives.

My challenge for you is to consider what it means to fully engage in surrender, faith, and generosity during this season. This might mean that you need to sacrifice time, comfortable relationships, resources, certainty, and all things that would be defined as “life as usual” in order to make investments in the things that will outlast you for eternity.

We are praying that 100% of us at Crosspointe Church would choose to make a DEEP AND WIDE commitment and engage in surrendered, faith-filled generosity for the future of God’s mission through Crosspointe Church. We seek for God to transform us more into His image in this process, and we cannot wait to see what He will do!

Primary Goal

The Primary Goal is 100% Engagement

We challenge every Crosspointer to go before God and have a deep and wide encounter with Him as it relates to their surrender, faith, and generosity.

Secondary Goal

The Secondary Goal is $10 million

Deep Impact - $7 million

We will not hold back in our day-in, day-out ministry. This investment over the next two years represents the ongoing strengthening of our general budget - the lifeblood, the core of what Crosspointe Church is all about.

Wide Reach - $3 million

With courageous faith, we take risks to reach people far from God. This will enable us to use $500,000 for campus improvements at all campuses. Because the needs in our neighborhood and around the world are great, over the next two years we will show unconditional love and extravagant generosity by using $2.5 million for gospel work, missions, community partnerships, and church planting.
